Maintain that summer body and participate in our “Summer Fitness Challenge”! Be sure to get a stamp card at the front desk to participate. For EVERY class you come to we’ll give you a stamp. The top 3 participants with the most attendance at the beginning of September will receive a prize. There will be a box at the front desk where participants can drop their full punch cards into and they will be tallied at the end of the challenge. *It is the participant’s responsibility to keep track of their cards.
This program will run from June 1st – August 31st!
(The last punch cards must be entered before close on August 31st)

Zumba – Join the Zumba revolution! This is the hottest exercise craze to hit the country. This program fuses hypnotic latin
rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a one of a kind fitness class that will blow you away. Enjoy yourself while you
burn calories and energize your body!
Tabata- Tabata protocol is a high intensity training regimen that produces remarkable results. The basis of Tabata Training uses 20 seconds of ultra-intense exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest repeating continuously for 4 minutes. Tabata is High Intensity Interval Training used to burn fat in a short intense workout.
Pilates - A system of exercises using special apparatus, designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhancemental awareness
Zumba Toning – Zumba Toning takes the original Zumba dance-fitness class to the next level utilizing an innovative muscle
training protocol and the addition of light weight toning sticks or dumbbells. Created to emphasize muscle work along with
rhythms, this combination of cardio and dynamic resistive exercises is an effective use of progressive light weight training to
improve overall performance. Zumba Toning is fun, different, challenging and effective and provides, for the participant, a
new avenue to weighted activity.
STRONG by Zumba - is a High Intensity Interval Training class using more traditional fitness moves for a more athletic, conditioning-style workout. You use your own body weight as resistance to achieve muscle definition. STRONG by Zumba™ is also characterized by a unique system of progression.
Yoga - Yoga is a vast collection of spiritual techniques and practices aimed at integrating mind, body and spirit to achieve a
state of enlightenment or oneness with the universe.
