2010-11 Palmer Elementary Before & After School Program

The Charles Chrin Community Center of Palmer Township operates before & after school childcare at the community center located at 4100 Green Pond Easton, PA

Hours of Operation:

Childcare hours:

Half Day childcare will be offered on scheduled early dismissal days - 12:30pm - 6:00pm

Before Care Hours - 6:45am - 8:30am (or bus pick up time)

After Care Hours - 3:30pm-6:00pm

*Childcare does not operate on vacation or full snow days. However, we will operate on early dismissals due to inclement weather.

Program Content:

Sign In/Out:

Drop-Off/Pick Up

Before school care begins at 6:45am

After school care ends at 6:00pm

**There is an additional charge of $10 per every 15 minutes for late pick ups, due at the time you pick up your child. Repeated late pick ups may result in loss of childcare services.

Drop off and pick up should be at the doors facing Route 22. You may pull up to the sidewalk instead of parking to drop off/pick up for your convenience. Parents/Guardians must escort their child into the building and sign them in/out.

Transportation

A school bus will transport children to and from CCCC daily. All participants must complete an alternative transportation form located in the Palmer Elementary school office.

Deposit Procedures:

A $100.00 deposit is required to hold your child's spot for the before/after school program. The program application and deposit must be completed and received by the CCCC before your child is accepted into the program.

Fees & Payments:

Your child must be enrolled in the program for the entire 2010-2011 academic year. No partial year or partial weeks are accepted due to transportation logistics.

The rates and fees for the before/after school program for the 2010/2011 academic year are as follows:

Before School: $199.00/month

After School: $238.00/month

Before & After Care: $437.00/month

Late Pick Up Fee: $10/every 15 minutes late

Payment is due at the beginning of each month

School's Out Day Off Program-When school is scheduled for a day off we are now offering a safe and fun environment for your child to spend the day. This is open to anyone whether enrolled in the before & after program or not. The program is available from 6:45am-6:00pm for $40.00 per day. Please sign up for any and all days you need. Space is limited, please sign up early.
