Hours of Operation
CCCC After School Club hours are Monday through Friday, 3:30pm to 6:00pm (from bus drop off time)
On a early dismissal day, the hours will be from 12:30pm to 6:00pm
We will not be opened when school is closed due to inclement weather.
Please plan accordingly.

Program Content
Our programs includes:
Sign in/Out
Parents and Guardians will be required to sign your child out to note he or she has been picked up.
PHOTO ID IS REQUIRED during pick up.
CCCC After School Club only allows individuals on the pick up list to remove a child from the premises, unless a note has been provided by the parent or guardian.
A school bus will transport children from Easton Area Middle School, Palmer Elementary School, or the Easton Arts academy to CCCC daily.
All Participants must complete an alternative transportation form and return it to the school, NOT CCCC.
Fees and Payments
A $100.00 membership fee for the year is required to guarantee your child's spot for the CCCC After School Club program.
The program application and fee are mandatory and must be completed and received by CCCC before your child is accepted into the program.
CCCC After School Club Daily Rate
$15.00
There is an additional charge of $10.00 per every 15 minutes for late pick ups, this will be reflected in your bill.
Repeated late pick ups will may result in loss of services.
Payments are due upon weekly registration.
Only when the balance is paid off will your child be able to return. The payment schedule is August to June.
