Tabata protocol is a high intensity training regimen that produces remarkable results. The basis of Tabata Training uses 20 seconds of ultra-intense exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest repeating continuously for 4 minutes. Tabata is High Intensity Interval Training used to burn fat in a short intense workout.

Zumba Toning takes the original Zumba dance-fitness class to the next level utilizing an innovative muscle training protocol and the addition of light weight toning sticks or dumbbells. Sculpt & Tone is a full body workout perfect for ANY level of fitness! This class is a total body workout that is meant to help tone and strengthen our upper body, lower body, & core. The program also incorporates restorative exercise while helping you target and tone specific areas of your body. Restorative exercise is meant to make you more aware of how you use your body and the muscles that you are using to do so. Sculpt & Tone is designed to use small movements that can help you strengthen your muscle while also reducing the amount of wear and tear you put on your body.

This program will run in the Fall during the months of September, October, and November.
We will take advantage of the walking path surrounding the Community Center and the beautiful Fall weather and walk as a group, incorporating a few strength training exercises along the way. This is a wonderful opportunity to socialize and get in those daily steps!!!
